Terms of Use

Effective October 5, 2026. These terms cover use of the sirvoce.com marketing site. They are not a client services agreement.

Using the site

You may browse sirvoce.com to learn about Sirvoce. Use the workshop form only for a real request. Do not misuse the site: do not try to break it, overload it, probe it, or submit someone else’s information without permission. We may refuse a request or block use that harms the site or other people.

Not professional advice

Pages, examples, and demos on this site are general information. They are not legal, financial, engineering, or operational advice for your plant. Illustrative results are not a promise of what a project will deliver. Any work we do for you starts only under a separate written agreement that sets scope, price, and ownership. Nothing on these pages, by itself, creates that agreement.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, demos, and code on sirvoce.com belong to Sirvoce or its licensors. You may not copy the site or use the Sirvoce name or marks without written permission. Browsing the site does not transfer any of that ownership. Ownership of work we later build for a client is covered in that client’s agreement, not here.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sirvoce is not liable for damages that come from using the site, relying on its content, or being unable to use it — including lost profits, lost data, or decisions you make from what you read here. Some places do not allow certain limits, so those limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version in effect. If you keep using the site after an update, you are using it under the new terms.
