Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026. This policy covers sirvoce.com, the Sirvoce marketing site.

Who we are

Sirvoce (“we”) runs sirvoce.com. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@sirvoce.com.

What we collect

If you submit the workshop form on /engage, we collect:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Title
  • Email
  • Phone, only if you choose to provide it
  • The bottleneck workflow you describe

The form also includes a hidden field that people do not fill in. We use it only to drop automated spam, and we do not treat a filled hidden field as a real request.

Our host keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) so the site can run and stay secure. We do not ask for payment details on this site.

How we use it

We use workshop details to read your request and reply — including scheduling a Strategy Alignment Workshop or telling you we are not the right fit. We do not sell this information, and we do not use the form to build an advertising list.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with processors we need to run the site and answer you:

  • Email delivery. Workshop requests are sent through AgentMail so we can read them and respond.
  • Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the traffic required to serve pages and accept the form.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. A separate written agreement covers any later client work; this policy covers the website.

How long we keep it

We keep a workshop request while we need it to respond and to keep a short record of that conversation. If we do not start working together, we delete or de-identify the request within 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Hosting logs follow our host’s ordinary log retention.

Cookies and analytics

We do not run our own analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use a separate analytics product. Pages load the Inter font from Google Fonts, and styling and icons from public CDNs (Tailwind and Lucide), so your browser contacts those services to display the site. Beyond that, collection is limited to hosting logs described above.

California and U.S. requests

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you live in California, or in another U.S. state with a similar privacy law, you can email hello@sirvoce.com to ask what we have, to correct it, or to delete it. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.
