You do — 100%. All custom code, prompts, configurations, and documentation created during the engagement are transferred to you. No recurring license fees for systems we build. We may reuse general-purpose frameworks and patterns across clients, but your specific implementation and data are yours.
The goal is independence, not retention. We offer an optional defined transition support window for questions and troubleshooting after handoff. Beyond that, we're available for new engagements or extensions — but your team should not need us to keep the system running day to day.
